He began his career in 1992 as a delivery driver and later became operations manager for a Los Angeles-based inflatable company. Mike Mingle is a seasoned professional in the inflatable manufacturing and rental industry with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in 1992 as a delivery driver and later became operations manager for a Los Angeles-based inflatable company. In 1995, he helped launch eInflatables before moving to Houston to start Super Bounce, a company focused on manufacturing and renting inflatables and party supplies. After his business partner bought him out, Mike relocated to Northeast Ohio in 2004 and started a new venture specializing in manufacturing and repairs.
As his children grew, Mike expanded his business to include a rental division, with his family actively involved in the operations. In 2022, he sold the rental division to focus solely on inflatable repairs and repair training. With decades of hands-on experience, Mike is passionate about sharing his expertise through presentations on practical repair techniques and maintenance strategies to help small business owners thrive and prolong the life of their inflatables.

With a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Orlando Guevara began his career as an analyst for Xerox, working closely with the company’s top clients. However, in 2004, he took an unexpected turn into the inflatable rental industry, where he quickly discovered a critical need—a reliable inflatable repair service.

However, in 2004, he took an unexpected turn into the inflatable rental industry, where he quickly discovered a critical need—a reliable inflatable repair service.
Determined to fill this gap, Orlando and his wife launched Stitches for Bounces LLC in 2009, providing expert inflatable repair services to clients across the United States. Over the years, Stitches for Bounces has earned a reputation as a trusted name in the entertainment industry, serving clients across the United States.
Orlando has repaired over 8k inflatables and he has also worked with manufacturers, providing warranty repairs to ensure their products meet high standards. As demand grew, many of his clients expressed a need to learn how to fix their own inflatables. Seeing an opportunity to empower businesses, Orlando began teaching repair techniques, helping rental companies reduce costs and minimize downtime.
